Good and convenient product but problems with shipping

Good and comfortable product. I have not given it a full score due to a problem with transport: 1st shipment: packaging arrived quite damaged and internal contents damaged (refused delivery directly to the courier). 2nd shipment: packaging intact but 1 stool damaged. 3rd shipment: only the stool damaged, perfect. Seller never flinched and responded quickly and immediately arranged a new delivery. Apart from the carrier used, extremely serious seller.
