The faulty chair was replaced quickly

The chairs look great. One of them had a faulty ball bearing, but the complaint was handled perfectly.

Beautiful chairs

The chairs look lovely. Unfortunately, the delivery company, trans-o-flex, left the parcels in the stairwell whilst we were away on holiday, contrary to what we had agreed. Nobody had collected the parcels. Fortunately, the parcels haven’t gone missing.

Stylish and comfortable

Delivered very quickly, look great, comfortable to sit on, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
